"Don't Stop 'Til You Get the Phone" is the seventeenth episode of Season 2. The title is based on the Michael Jackson song, "Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough."

Miley wants to get a new phone, but Robby won't let her. Miley sells an embarrassing picture of Hannah to a tabloid to get the money, but Lilly quickly notices that Miley was wearing a necklace with "MILEY" on it in the photograph. To get the picture back, Miley tries to exchange it for an embarrassing picture of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.
Meanwhile, Jackson gets a sunburn at a volleyball game, and doesn't want Robby to find out.

- Former World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) superstar, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, appears in this episode as part of the Rock Block, which shows the former professional wrestler guest-starring in episodes of Hannah Montana and "Cory in the House." The episodes were a promotion for Disney's movie The Game Plan, starring "The Rock" and Madison Pettis of "Cory in the House," which premiered one week after the Rock Block.
